What we offer

Our Securing Investment programme, in partnership with Tees Valley Combined Authority, offers dedicated support to help your business access funding opportunities. We offer personalised support to strengthen your investment readiness and directly connect you with grants, funds, and private investors through the Northern Investor Hub.

Support is fully funded by the UK Government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund.  The programme is open to SMEs based in Tees Valley (Darlington, Hartlepool, Middlesbrough, Redcar & Cleveland or Stockton-On-Tees).

Latest Tees Valley Securing Investment Events

Aimed at small and medium-sized enterprises, a series of events have been designed to support you on your growth journey to access appropriate finance. These will cover various subjects ranging from securing IP, to valuing your business and perfecting your pitch. The programme will include events that respond to the needs highlighted in your investor readiness plan, and specialist interventions and events will meet the needs of specific sectors, social enterprises, and business groups, including female founders.

Delivery Partners

Tees Valley Securing Investment addresses long-standing barriers facing the region’s businesses in accessing money by connecting enterprises with investors and funds. The project has received £880,000 from the UK Government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund as part of the Tees Valley Combined Authority’s UKSPF programme of support.

Open to businesses and socially trading enterprises operating across the Tees Valley Combined Authority area, the programme is led by innovation finance specialists and business support providers Innovation SuperNetwork, in partnership with Smarta, CPI Enterprises, and Edge Innovation.
