Innovation Manager roles

We are always on the lookout for motivated, experienced and knowledgeable people to join our team.
Head of Compliance

Deadline: Sunday 31st January 2021

A significant part of our current funding is from the European Regional Development Fund. As such, the Head of Compliance must have a detailed knowledge of ERDF project management and reporting.

This is a senior role within a small but high profile organisation. We pride ourselves on achieving impact through delivery of important projects that benefit our region. Importantly though, we do this through the building of a strong team ethic and ensuring we always behave with the professionalism, friendliness and positivity present in the current team.

Innovation SuperNetwork equality, diversity and inclusion policy

The Innovation SuperNetwork is committed to encouraging equality, diversity and inclusion among our workforce, and eliminating unlawful discrimination.

Our aim is for our workforce to be truly representative of all sections of society, and for each employee to feel respected and able to give their best. In delivering innovation and access to finance programmes, we are also committed against the discrimination of our clients, partners, stakeholders or the public.

In line with our own Diversity in Innovation programme, delivered to support companies in tackling structural bias in their own organisations, we commit to:

  • Ensuring we regularly review our own practice, ensuring unconscious bias does not impact on the company-wide decisions we make.
  • Acknowledging where we can do better, and striving to make a positive change to ensure diverse representation across the company and the programmes we deliver.

We also commit to honour the Armed Forces Covenant and support the Armed Forces Community
