We are always on the lookout for motivated, experienced and knowledgeable people to join our team.
Our Innovation Managers work with innovative North East businesses to support the development and commercialisation of new products and services, particularly in the key fields of healthcare, energy, manufacturing and digital. In doing so, this talented group helps individual businesses succeed whilst tackling important social issues around health, wellbeing, sustainability and growth of the regional economy.
All our activities involve working in partnerships with a range of public, private and third sector organisations; ultimately we exist to make the right connections between businesses, expertise, opportunities and finance.
We’re particularly interested in speaking to people with a background in open innovation, challenge-led innovation or service design, three areas of rapid growth and increasing focus for us. Many of our projects involve an element of public funding (such as through the European Regional Development Fund), so an awareness of working in this kind of environment would be useful. More importantly though, the will to succeed and to make a difference for the region is essential.
Our approach is a flexible one and we are strong advocates of flexible working policies. Part time and full time roles will be available over the coming months as new projects ramp up.
If you’d like to be part of the team, the first step would be to send your CV to firstname.lastname@example.org. We can then look at possible matches to new roles and explore how you can get involved.
