In this workshop, we will be looking at sustainability in the context of an organisation, and we begin by exploring some global concepts which need to be understood to then be able to make choices for your organisational strategy.

• In the first part of the day we will cover such topics as common language, system value & mindset, physical boundaries, commercial & economic focus.

• After a coffee break, we will consider Impact, ESG, UN SDG’s, the focus on carbon & reporting (internal v external)

• We end by considering what we already do and what we would like to do in our organisations and provide a little homework for consideration (input for the 2nd workshop).
