This interactive and informative workshop is packed full of sessions aimed at helping you look at your digital or tech business and taking it to the next level. We’ll take you on a journey by looking in detail at your business plan, strategy and the way you are marketing and selling your business.

There will be several different workshops throughout the day. You will have the option to either book the full day or individual workshops.

• 11:00 – 11:15 – 15 min break
• 11:15 – 12:15 – Business planning workshop – getting your ideas on paper with Digital Programme Manager Wayne Bryant
• 12:15 – 12:45 – Lunch will be provided
• 12:45 – 14:15 – Marketing Strategy and Social Media Strategy with KLW Marketing
• 14:15 – 15:15 – Storytelling to ‘sell’ your business with Innovation Manager Parveer Pannu
• 15:15 – 15:30 – 15 min break
• 15:30 – 16:30 – Traction open ‘brainstorming’ session

Delivered as part of the Digital Cluster North of Tyne programme for digital businesses in Newcastle, North Tyneside and Northumberland.
