Join Dynamo North East for this workshop on Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, which will help you to identify your own EDI challenges and strengths, and how to use the toolkit to become more diverse and inclusive as an organisation. 

During this workshop Dynamo will look at the different areas of their EDI toolkit and discuss their value to businesses like yours. In break out sessions they will discuss the challenges you might be facing within the EDI space and how this toolkit can be a useful resource in drafting an action plan. You’ll also have the chance to test it, review it and ask questions throughout the session.
