Regardless of the focus of a digital product or service, changing behaviour is likely to be involved – whether that’s getting people to engage with something new, or do something new.

In this session, Dr Rachael Skews will share insights that support business founders to build engaging behaviour change elements into their product or service. She will draw on her design and innovation work at Headspace Health and her experience as an advisor to digital start-ups. She will also share insights from research around how to generate new behaviours within digital products and services.

Rachael is a coach, workplace psychologist, supervisor, trainer and advisor. She is an internationally recognised subject matter expert in acceptance and commitment coaching. In her commercial career, Rachael has successfully developed both traditional and technology-delivered psychological interventions. She has extensive experience consulting with clients from industries across the private, public, and charity sectors.
