Panel Discussion: What are the challenges and opportunities of accessing angel investment in the North?

This year our panel will discuss the challenges and opportunities facing regional businesses when accessing angel investment in the North.

The topic is a timely issue for discussion at FinanceCamp 2019 and follows our announcement in April that alongside our partners – North East BIC, North Invest and the UK Business Angels Association (UKBAA) – we’ve secured £1m to support early stage angel investment in North companies.

Our panel includes, local Angel investors Jeremy Middleton and Susie McDonald, as well as investment success story Nadia Whittley from Arquer Diagnostics. The session will be chaired by Jenny Tooth, CEO at the UKBAA.
