Breakout: Scaleup with talent

We’re working with Scaleup North East to provide an opportunity for scaling businesses to tackle the ‘people’ issues that are limiting their growth potential.

The session is designed to explore and reflect the range of challenges Scaleup Partners are experiencing when working with the region’s scaling businesses. These people related issues are also prevalent in many high growth organisations and directly impact on businesses seeking investment.

By ensuring teams are built around the right skill set to support business objectives, organisations have a higher propensity to achieve growth.

What to expect: Kicking off with a panel discussion, this session highlights the key challenges faced by employers when building teams with a complimentary skillset. It will also look at how organisations can scale-up their talent by taking part in mentoring programmes and other training opportunities. Finally, delegates will have the chance to meet with potential mentors, non-execs and co-founders in a structured networking session.
